- No Returns without A Return Goods Number (RGA) Which
Will Be Given To The Customers By Classic Tool Design.
TOOLS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, SALE IS FINAL.
- Defective Merchandise Will Be Repaired Or Replaced - No
Credit Will Be Given. Replacements will be sent after goods are
returned; under emergency situations, we will charge your credit card
for second item; if return has not been received within 7 business days,
the second shipment is final.
- Merchandise returned To Stock Will Be Credited To Your Account - No Cash Refunds.
A 25% Restocking Charge Will Apply, Customer responsible for all
shipping costs..
- Chemical Products Are Not Returnable.
- Transportation Charges Are Customers Responsibility On All Returns.
Refunds On Transportation Charges For Defective Merchandise Will Be At The
Discretion Of Classic Tool Design.
Shortages Must Be Reported in 15 Days From The Receipt Of The Order -
In Writing (No Exceptions).
Any Change To Terms & Conditions Must Be In Writing Prior To The Sale

Exceptions).

LIMITED WARRANTY
The equipment and tools are warranted to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year after the sale of the
product by Classic Tool Design Inc. Exceptions to this policy will be individually
identified. Classic Toll Design’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to
repair or replace any defective product or parts thereof, which are returned to our
factory. Transport charges prepaid within the period mentioned above and which upon
examination are provided to Classic Tool Design Inc’s satisfaction to be defective.
The warranty shall not apply to any product or part which has been subject to misuse,
negligence or accident. Classic Tool Design shall not be responsible for any special or
consequential damages and the warranty as set forth is in lieu of all other warranties
either expressed or implied. However, Classic Tool Design Inc. makes no warranty or
merchantability in respect to any of the tools offered in this catalog and applicable
manufacturer’s shop or service manuals referred to therein, including any subsequent
service bulletins.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We reserve the right to make changes in design or construction at any time without
incurring any obligation in incorporating such changes in equipment previously sold. We
also reserve the right to discontinue the manufacture of any equipment at such time as we
consider necessary. We cannot accept the responsibility for the results of equipment which
has been abused or repaired by others.
RETURN MERCHANDISE
All merchandise to be returned must have prior authorization from Classic Tool Design
Inc. All transportation charges must be prepaid. There will be a minimum handling charge
of 20 percent Tools ordered in error must be returned within 10 days of purchase date, and
must have authorization from Classic Tool Design Inc. Transportation charges must be
prepaid.
